Re-scheduled Symposium Information

Conference Bookings
Conference bookings are already open and we will leave them open so you can book at any time.
If you have booked and paid and you do not contact us we will simply retain your booking and it will be valid for the re-scheduled Symposium. If you want your registration fee re-imbursed then please let us know and we will re-imburse it in full.
If you have already booked but not paid we will email you and ask what you want to do. If we do not hear back from you we will cancel your booking after 14 days.
The early bird rate of €490 will apply now until 16th September. After that the full fee of €590 will apply
Abstracts
If you have submitted an abstract we will assume that you want it to remain and that you will be submitting a full paper unless you tell us otherwise.
The abstracts page is closed BUT:
- if you would still like to submit an abstract and you have not already done so then please contact us.
- If you have submitted an abstract but would like to modify it then please contact us.
These two offers last until 12th June 2020. After that abstracts are closed.
Final Papers
The deadline for final papers is now 13th August 2020 but as you have extra time we would greatly appreciate your submitting papers as soon as possible as it makes planning easier. By 2nd September we will:
- confirm to authors that their final paper has been accepted.
- tell authors whether the paper has been accepted for an oral presentation in the venue theatre or a poster presentation in the break out area.
