Social and Cultural events

On Monday after the first day of the conference there will be a welcome reception in the main entrance hall of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering

On Tuesday at 15:30 you can attend an interesting panel discussion entitled Environmental and ecological impact of drones. We start this discussion with a presentation Acoustic Characterization of Drone Swarm Noise in a Wildlife Environment: Field Measurements at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya by Saadia Afridi

Right after the panel discussion we make a 3-minutes’ walk to step on the boats for a wonderful boat cruise over the canals of Delft

At the end of the cruise the boats will take us to restaurant Pavarotti where the lovely conference dinner will be served.

At the end Wednesday, the 3rd and final day of the conference, after the closing session with the announcement of the award winner of the Best Paper for young scientists offered by MDPI Drones (Publisher of Open Access Journals), you can join the tours to the different labs:

  1. High-speed lab wind tunnels,
  2. Drone facilities (Cyber zoo),
  3. Anechoic and reverberant rooms in the faculty of Applied Sciences
