  • Quiet Drones 2024 is organised with the advice of the former Chair of the organising committee, Jean Tourret (President of INCE Europe).

This will be a hybrid event taking place between 9th – 11th September 2024 in Manchester (UK). A satellite workshop on ‘Perception Influenced Design for Aircraft Noise’ is also organised in collaboration with Dr Siddhartha Krishnamurthy (NASA Langley). This workshop will take place on 8th September 2024.

Some key dates are:

  • Abstract submission deadline: 3rd March 2024
  • Abstract acceptance notification: 20th March 2024
  • Paper submission deadline: 19th May 2024
  • Early registration deadline: 31st May 2024

Building upon the successful Quiet Drones conferences in 2020 and 2022, we have worked hard in putting together a strong technical programme and interesting social events. The technical programme, including keynotes, technical sessions and panel discussions will be communicated by early 2024.

Call for abstracts:

We are now inviting abstract submissions. Below there is a list of topics that will be covered in the conference:

  • Drone Audition – Listening with Drones
